Delete your Tails account

You can start account deletion in the Tails app. This removes your profile, pets, photos, messages, and app data from Tails.

In the app

  1. Open Tails.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm deletion.

No app access?

Email us from the email address on your Tails account and ask us to delete it: welcome@trytails.com

What happens next

  • We start removing your Tails account and app data.
  • Open bookings, payments, or payouts may need to finish first.
  • We may keep a small record of payments, safety reports, or support messages when we need them to finish an open issue.
