Our providers set their own rates based on their experience level, qualifications, and services offered. This ensures fair compensation for their expertise while giving pet parents options across price points. When matched with providers, you'll see their exact rates before booking.
No. We're committed to transparent pricing with no surprise charges. All potential fees are clearly displayed before you book. The only additional fees would be those listed in our "Additional Services & Fees" section, which are only applied in specific circumstances that you control.
Yes! Many of our providers offer package rates for recurring services. For example, booking regular weekly walks often comes with a 10-15% discount compared to one-time walks. Multi-pet households typically receive discounts as well. These options will be presented during the booking process.
Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the service fee, and cancellations within 4 hours are charged at 100%. For boarding and sitting, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Payment is handled securely through the Tails platform. We accept all major credit cards, and you'll be charged automatically after the service is completed. For recurring services, we offer auto-billing for convenience. All payment details are added during the initial setup process.
