We go beyond simple background checks to ensure providers truly understand and love pets.
If an emergency occurs, your provider will assess the situation, contact you immediately, take your pet to emergency care, and coordinate with our support team to ensure proper care. Your pet's profile contains emergency contacts and veterinary information for quick access.
Coming Soon: Our app provides real-time GPS tracking for walks, showing the exact route and duration. For all services, you'll receive photo/video updates and detailed reports. You can also communicate directly with your provider through our secure in-app messaging system at any time.
Unlike platforms where you scroll through hundreds of profiles, we create a detailed profile of your pet's needs, personality, and care requirements, then match you with providers who have specific experience with similar pets. This ensures your pet gets care from someone who truly understands their unique needs.
That's exactly why we offer free meet & greets! If your pet doesn't seem comfortable with their matched provider, we'll find you another match at no cost. We prioritize finding the right fit over forcing a booking that doesn't work for your pet.
Booking insurance is coming soon. We can also help pet parents buy pet care insurance and pet care provoders buy pet sitter insurance.
We take home access extremely seriously. Our providers must follow strict protocols for key handling, home entry, and security system operation. Digital access information is encrypted and only temporarily visible to assigned providers. We also offer secure lockbox recommendations and best practices for home access.
